Project Scope

Project Scope.- (1) The Procuring Entity shall set out the detailed description of the Public Private Partnership (PPP) Project and the project scope in the Request for Proposal (RFP). (2) To the extent practicable, the description of the Project and project scope shall be objective, functional and generic, and shall set out the relevant technical, quality and performance characteristics expected. (3) There shall be no requirement for or reference to a particular trademark or trade name, patent, design or type, specific origin or producer unless there is no sufficiently precise or intelligible way of describing the characteristics of the project scope and specifications and provided that words such as “or equivalent” are included.
