Notification of Qualification.- (1) The Procuring Entity shall promptly notify each Applicant in writing whether or not it has been qualified. (2) The Procuring Entity shall make available to any person, the names of all Applicants that have been qualified. (3) Only Applicants who have qualified are entitled to participate further in the Tender Proceedings.
