Removal of Conflict of Interest.- The Procuring Entity may allow an Applicant, within 10 (ten) days after the due date, to remove from its consortium any member who suffers from a Conflict of Interest under rule 15, and such removal shall be deemed to cure the Conflict of Interest arising in respect thereof.
