(1) If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the diBculties. provisions of this Act or of any enactment extended to the transferred territory by or under this Act, the Statc Government, as occasion may require, may, by order, do anything which appears to them necessary for the purpose of removing the difficulty. (2) All orders madc under sub-scction (1) shall, as soon as possible after they are made, be placed on the table of both the Houses of the Legislatui-c. and shall be s~lbject to such mo?ifications by way of amendment or repeal as the Legislature may make either in the same session or in the next session.
