In making my rule under sectiona3, the YState) Government may provide that a breach thereof shall (a) with h e which may extend to fiRy rupees and, in case of a continuing breach, with £ink which may extend to iifteen rupees for every day during which the breach continues after conviction for the first teach ; or such vehicles may be or in any particular ' (i) the issue or the authorization of the issue of prescrii permits in respect of motor vehicles or . any s p e d k l class of motor vehicles, for their use in all, or any public places in the district ; (iii) the restriction of the number of motor vehicles or of any specified cliiss of motor vehicles to which ptnnits may be issued in respect of such areas, routes or public places.
