Appeal against termination of probation and discharge/removal from service: A probationer who is discharged or removal from service or whose probation is terminated shall be entitled to appeal against the said order to the authority to which an appeal lies against the order of dismissal or removal passed by the competent authority. The appeal should be preferred within 60 days from the date on which the order appealed against was received by the applicant.
