Casual vacancies in the Executive Committee other than of ex-officio members shall be filled by nomination by the President from amongst the members of the State Council such member or members shall hold office for the unexpired period of the original term of the Executive Committee. Explanation: Casual vacancy means a vacancy caused by resignation or death of a member.
