The Tamil Nadu Khadi and Village Industries Board Act,1959 shall, with effect on and from the date appointed by the Government by notification under sub- section (1) of section 3, cease to apply in respect of palm products industry. Tamil Nadu Act 18 of 1959 not to apply.
