I notification. \ \ (2) The Sugarcane Commissioner may, at any time by notifhation, modify or cancel any notification issued i under sub-section (1) : . , * Provided that' before doing so, he shall give a reason- able opportunity to the occupier of the factory and the gfowers of sugarcane concerned, for making their repre- sentations, if any,. in regard thereto.
