In this Act, unless the context otherwise requires,- Definitions. (a) b board" means the Tamil Nadu S-ete Wakf Board established under section 9 of the principal Act ; (b) c G principal Act " means the Wakf Act, 1954 (Central Act 29 of 1954) ; (c) " Special Officer " means the Special Officer fir Wakfs who has been authorised to exercise and @rform all the powers and duties of th?
