Terms and conditions of service of Member-Secretary.- (1) The terms and conditions of service of the Member-Secretary shall be such as may be prescribed. (2) The Member-Secretary shall exercise the powers and perform the functions conferred or imposed on him under this Act and such other powers and functions as may be prescribed.
