Protection of action taken in good faith.- No suit or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Government, the Council or any member thereof or any employees or person acting under the direction of the Government or the Council, in respect of anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or any rule, regulation, order or direction made or issued under this Act.
