Conditions of service of officers and servants.- (1) The pay and other conditions of service of the officers and servants of the Board shall be such as may be prescribed. (2) Where any officer or servant of the State Housing Board is appointed in the Board, is appointed in the Board, his conditions of service ( including conditions as to pay, provident fund, pension and gratuity) shall be subject to such rules as may be made in this behalf by the Government.
