Penalties – 1[Whoever contravenes any of the provisions of Section 7 to 11, 13 to23, 25, 26, 29 to 41 and 47 shall be punishable for a first offence, with fine which may extend to five thousand rupees and for a second or subsequent offence, with fine which may extend to ten thousand rupees.] 2[45A.
