The Executive Council. - (1) The Executive Council shall be the chief executive body of the University. (2) The Executive Council shall consist of not more than ten members of whom two members shall be, -- (a) The Secretary to Government in-charge of Higher Education Department, ex-officio; (b) The Director of Collegiate Education, ex-officio. (3) The powers and functions of the Executive Council, shall be such as may be prescribed.
