Dissolution of University. — (1) If the University proposes its dissolution for any reason, it shall give at least six months written notice to the Government. (2) On receipt of notice referred to in sub-section (1), the Government shall make such arrangement for administration of the University from the date of dissolution of the University and until the last batch of students in regular courses of studies of the University complete their courses or studies in such manner as may be prescribed.
