The Executive Council. — (1) The Executive Council shall be the chief executive body of the University. (2) The Executive Council shall consist of not more than twelve members of whom two members shall be: — (a) The Secretary to Government in-charge of Higher Education Department, ex-officio; (b) The Director of Collegiate Education, ex-officio; and the remaining members may be appointed in such manner as may be prescribed. (3) The powers and functions of the Executive Council, shall be such as may be prescribed.
