(1) If any question arises- oscer to decide (a) whether any person is a rural artisan ; or whether a person is a (b) whether any rural artisan holds any land ru8al artisan, other than the kudiy iruppu ; or etc. (c) whether any site is a kudiyiruppu ; or (d) whether any rural artisan was occupying any kudiyiruppu on the 1st day of July 1975 ; or Remove Watermark Wondershare PDFelement 39% : president's Act 381 &ural Artisans (Conhrment 643 of 0 wnership of Kudiyiruppu) (e) whether any area adjacent to a dwelling house or hut is necessary for the convenient enjoyment of such dwelling house or hut ; or (f) whether any rural artisan already owns a dwelling house or hut, and if so, its distance from the kudiyiruppu and the extent of the site on which such dwelling house or hut is erected, such question shall be decided by the authorised officer. (2) In deciding any question under sub-section (I), the authorised officer shall follow such procedure as may be prescribed.
