(1) The amount as finally determined under this Mod0 of Act shall, within such period as may be prescribed, be t'5'i;.t~~ paid either in cash or in bonds or partly in cash and partly in bonds as the Government may prescribe. (2) The bonds shall be issued on such terms and carry such rate of interest as may be prescribed. The interest shall be paid with effect from the date of vesting of the kudiyiruppu or superstructure under the provisions of this Act.
