Act XIX) Rinderpest 831 (3) A Veterinary Surgeon shall within the local ,limits assigned to him have all the powers of an Inspector under this Act, and may exercise such powers concurrently with his powers as Veterinary surgeon. (4) Every person appointed under this section shall be deemed to be a public servant within the meaning of the Indian Penal Code.
