Subject to such rules as may be prescribed, the Veterinary surgeon may, by order in writing, require the owner, occupier or person in charge of any building, yard, vessel or vehicle in which an infective animal has been kept, to have such building, yard, vessel or vehicle disinfected, and the internal fittings thereof and other things found there to be disinfected or destroyed in such manner and to such extent as may be specified in the order.
