BE it enacted by the Legislature of the State of Tamil Nadu in the Thirty-second Year of the Republic of India as followsf- I. (1) This Act may be called the Tamii Nadu Revenue Short title and . Recovery (Amendment) Act, 198 1. commencement.' (2) Sections 2 to 9 and 11 shall be deemed to have come into force on the 1st day of July 1974.
