The Rent Authority shall have the same powers as are vested in Rent Court under this Act, in any proceeding under sections 4, 9, 10, 14, 15 and 20 of the Act. The procedure as laid in section 34 and 37 of the Act shall be followed in disposal of such applications. CHAPTER VIII. MISCELLANEOUS.
