Payment of amount.— (1) The Government shall give, in cash, to the Company an amount equivalent to the sum of rupees sixteen lakhs sixty thousand nine hundred and sixty-six only for the transfer to, and vesting in, the Government, under section 3 of the undertakings of the Company.
