Registration of tenant farming societies.- (1) After making such enquiry as may be prescribed, the Register shall, subject to such conditions as may be prescribed, register the tenant farming society and grant a certificate of registration. (2) The Register shall cause a copy of the certificate to be forwarded within such time and in such manner as may be prescribed to the authorized officer within whose jurisdiction the land in respect of which the tenant farming society is registered is situated for such action as may be prescribed.
