Appeal.- (1) Any trustee of a public trust or any other person aggrieved by an order or decision of the authorized officer under this Chapter may, within such period as may be prescribed, appeal to such authority as may be prescribed. (2) The authority prescribed under sub-section (1) may, after giving the parties to the appeal an opportunity of being heard, pass such orders thereon as it thinks fit and shall communicate any such orders to the parties concerned. (3) The order passed by the authority prescribed under sub-section (1) on the appeal shall be final. CHAPTER – III PROVISIONS RELATING TO TENANCIES
