Notwithstanding anything contained in any State law for the time being in force, any organisation may request the Commission, in such form as may be prescribed, to recruit candidates for appointment to posts in that organisation: Provided that no such request shall be made in respect of the post of Driver and the posts classified as Group D in the Tamil Nadu Government Servants (Conditions of Service) Act, 2016.
