The Tamil Nadu Buildings ' (Lease and Rent Control) Act, 1960 (Tamil Nadu Act 18 of 1960)- (a) shall not apply to any building belonginl, 'to or vesting in the corporate authority ; (c) shallnot apply as against the corporate autho- rity to any tenancies or like relationship created by the corporate authority in respect of any such building ; (c) but shall apply to any building let to the corporate authority.
