Power to make regulations. - (1) The Authority may, by notification, with the previous approval of the Government, make regulations consistent with the provisions of this Act or the rules made thereunder, to carry out the provisions of this Act. (2) In particular and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing power, such regulations may provide for, — (a) time limit, monetary limit, age restriction or such other restrictions in regard to playing of online games; and (b) procedure to regulate its own functions.
