Presumption as to online game of chance and power to amend Schedule. – (1) For the purposes of this Act, any online game specified in the Schedule shall be presumed to be an online game of chance. (2) The Government may, by notification, omit or add any online game in the Schedule, on the recommendation of the Authority and upon issue of such notification, the Schedule shall be deemed to be amended accordingly.
