Authorities of Private University. - The following shall be the authorities of a Private University, namely:- (a) the Governing Council; (b) the Executive Council; (c) the Academic Council; (d) the Finance Committee; (e) the Planning Board; and (f) such other authorities as may be declared by the statutes to be authorities of the Private University.
