Any authority having power to make an enquiry under this Act shall make the enquiry in the manner provided in the Tamil Nadu Revenue Enquiries Act, 1893 (Tamil Nadu Act V of 1893) and shall have all powers which are, or may be, vested in the revenue officers by that Act and by the Tamil Nadu Revenue Summonses Act, 1869 (Tamil Nadu Act III of 1869).
