In section 14-A of the principal Act, after sub-secticli (I), the following adien 14-A. su'b-section shall be inseped, namely :- " (l-A) The Government may appoint an advisory ccmmittee to adivjse the special omcer for the administration of such private covege. The advisory acm- mittee shall consist of the followjng persons employed 1s the private collegt, namely :- fa) the J?rincipalC ; ' (b) the senior-most Selection Gradt Lecturer or Reader ; 1 (c) one other Selection Grade Lecturer ; and I (d) the senior-most Superintendent : t Provided that if there is no Selection Grade Lecturer in the private college, tbe d o r most Lecturer and onc other Lecturer shall be included in the advisory committea : Provided further that if tbe senior-most Selection Grade Lecturer or tho senior- most Lcdorer, as the case may be, or the senior-most Suptrintendeat is not willing to be included in the advisory committee as a member, the next senior person in the respective category who is wifing to be included as a member shall be included in tbr advisory committee : Provided also that if there is only one post in the category of Supesintendent sod the person holding the post is not willing to be included in the aavlsory committee as a member,the senior-most Assistant shall be included ~s a member in the advisory mettee.
