(1) The Tamil Nadu Private Colleges (Regulation) aavmng. Ordinance, 1976 (Tamil Nadu Ordinance 11 of 1976,!, is hereby repealed. (2) Notwithstanding such repeal anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance including any orders passed, notification issued, rules, regulations and appointments made shall, in so far as they ?re not inconsis- tent with this Act, be deemed to have been done or taken under this Act and shall continue in force accordingly, unless and until superseded by anything done or any actlon taken under this Act.
