(2) Nothing contained in this Chapter shall be cons- trued as precluding any such teacher or other person from entering into an agreement for granting him rights or privileges in respect of any matter which are more favourable to him than those to which he would be entitled under this Chapter. (3) The provisions of sub-section (2) of section 18 and of sections 19 to 22 (both inclusive) of this Chapter or any rule providing for all or any of the m .tters specified therein or any order made in relation to any such matter shall not apply to a minority college.
