(1) Every teacher and every other person employed Teachers and in any private college shall be governed by such Code of other persons Conduct as may be prescribed and if any teacher or other employed in person so employed violates any provision of such Code ~~~t~~~~ of Conduct, he shall be liable to such disciplinary action by Code of as may be prescribed. Conductif (2) The college coaidttee may define the standards of conduct to be observed by teachers and other persons employed in the private college, such standards not being inconsistent with the provisions of this Act and the rules made thereunder.
