(1) If any diEculty arises as to the first constitution or recons~tution of move Jifticulbas. any authority of the University after the notified date or otherwise in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the Government may, by notification, make such pro- vision, not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act, as may appear to them to be necessary or expedient for removing the difficulty : Provided that no such notificatiqn shall be issued after the expiry of five years from the date of establishsent of the University under section 3. (2) Every notification issued under sub-section (1'1 or under any other provi- sions of this Act shall, 2s soon as possible after it 1s issued, be placed on the table of the Legislative Assembly, and if, before the expiry of the session m which it is so placed or the next session, the Assembly makes any modification in any such notifi- cation or the Assem1)ly decides that tne u o ~ i i i ~ a ~ i ~ d shodd aot be issued, the noti- fication sball thereafter have effect only in such modified form or be of no effect, as the ease nay be, so, however, that any Such modification or annulment shall be witbout prc jud ice lo the validity of anjthing previously done under that notification.
