(1) The Univetsity shall include Faculties of Arts, Science, Law, Engineering of and Technology, Education, Commerce, Indian and other Languages, Fine Arts and F8a1nhm. such other Faculties as may be prescribed by t k e statutes. i (2) The constitution and functions of the Faculties shall, in all other respects, ! be such as may be prescribed by the regulations. (3) Notwithsta ding anything contained in sub-section (2), the Standing Committee on Acad & c Affairs may, on the recommendatians of the Syndicate, appoint any teacher of the University as a member of a Faculty.
