(1) The Minister-in-charge of the portfolio of Education in the State of R ~ - Tamil Nadu shall be the Pro-ChanceIlor of the University. Chancellor (2) TI-e Prn-Chancellor shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be conferred on him by or under this Act.
