(1) The State Government may from time to time, provide suitable conveyances for the use of the Ministers, the Speaker, the Deputy Speaker, 3the Parliamentary Secretary, the Leader of Opposition in the Legislative Assembly 1and the Chief Government Whip in the Legislative Assembly subject to the provisions of sub-section (2) and 4to such rules as may be made by the State Government regarding the maintenance and repair of and the supply of petrol, for such conveyances. Conveyance to be provided for Ministers the Speaker, the Deputy Speaker, etc.
