(1) Any person entitled to any salary or allowance under this Act, may at any time during the term of his respective offi ce, relinquish the whole or any portion of such salary or allowance payable to him. (2) Any relinquishment made by any person under sub-section (1) may be cancelled by him. (3) Every relinquishment or cancellation made under sub-section (1) or sub-section (2) shall be made in writing and shall take eff ect on the date specifi ed therein. 213-A 3Repealed. 14.(1) The State Government may make rules for carrying out the purposes of the Act.
