Subject to such conditions as may be determined by rules made by the State Government, a Minister, the Speaker, the Deputy Speaker or the Parliamentary Secretary shall for himself and the members of his family be entitled free of charge to accommodation in hospitals maintained by the State Government and also to medical treatment.
