(1) Section 7 of the principal Act shall be renumbered as sub-section (1) sbttirn 7. of that seotion and in sub-section (1) as so renumbered, after the words " in the presaribed form ", the words " whioh shall be in English and in such language of the locality ;s may be prescribed" shall be inserted ; b b 2 - - (2) after sub-section (1) as so lenumbered, the following sub-scction shall i~ be added, namely :--. - L^ ?
