(1) This Act may be called the l[Tarnil Nadu] extent 2nd Parks, Play-fields and Open Spaces (Preservation and comnlelzcP,' Regulation) Act, 1959. 1n.:nt. (2) It extends to the whole of the 3[State of Tamil Nadu].
