Prosecutions and compositions to be reported to Village Panchayat, Panchayat Union Council or District Panchayat.- Every prosecution instituted or offence compounded by the Executive Authority or the Commissioner of the 1[Secretary] shall be reported by him to the Village Panchayat or Panchayat Union Council or the District Panchayat, as the case may be, at its next meeting.
