Division of Panchayat Union into Wards.- (1) For the purpose of election of members to the Panchayat Union Council, the Inspector shall, after consulting the Panchayat Union Council, by notification, divide the Panchayat Union area into wards, and determine the number of members to be elected in accordance with such scale as may be prescribed. (2) Only one member shall be elected from each ward.
