Constitution of Panchayat Union Fund and Village Panchayat Fund.- There shall be constituted- (a) for each Panchayat Union, a Panchayat Union (General) Fund and a Panchayat Union (Education) Fund; (b) for each Village Panchayat, a Village Panchayat Fund.
