(c) ' Nurse ' includes a male nurse. 1 (d) Prescribed ' means ' prescribed by rules or by-laws made under this Act '. I ! (4) 4n outgoing member of the Co~rncii shall be eligible for re-cleclion or re-nomination. (5) The powers of the Council may be exercised notwithstanding any ~acancy in the Courcil.
