No compensation shall be claimed by any person compensation. for any damage or loss sustained by him in consequence of- 1 I (a) the refusal to grant any licence or permission by the nuclear installation local authority ; or (b) any condition subject to which any such licence or permission is granted ; or (c) any direction issued under section 14 ; or (d) any order passed by the District Collector under section 15 or by the Government under section 16 ; or (e) the operation of any of the provisions of this Act or the rules made thereunder.
