The Finance Committee.-0) The Finance C'omnlittee shall con- sist of the following members, namely :- I 1 (a) the Vice-Chancellor ; I (b) the Secretary to Government, in-charge of Finance ; (c) the Secretarj to Government, in-chage of Health and Fagily Welfare ; and I (d) three members nonlinated by the ~overnini Council from among its members. I (2) If for any reasons. the member referred to in clause (I.) or clause (c) of sub-section(lJ, is unable to attend any inecting of the Finance , Committee, he may depute any officer of his 'Department coilccs~~~d tlot llower in rank than that of Denuty Secretary to Government to attend such meeting. The officer so deputed shall have the right to take part in the discussions of the Finance Committee and sl~all have the right to Vote. I
